At Bow Cafe, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and quality with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund policy below.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required to process any return or refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling
  • Custom or personalized items (if applicable)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Bow Cafe is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it will be treated as a return.
